We were in Springfield for a dance competition and I googled prom dress shops. Norman's was one of three shops that popped up. After looking at all the websites, we thought we would try here first. BEST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces And hello's. We were asked to sign in and were immediately paired with a sales associate. Susannah was awesome!! She listened to exactly what my daughter wanted and brought her dresses she loved. We found her perfect dress and even bought earrings!! Bravo on making this experience so wonderful for us and your entire staff was wonderful! If we ever need a dress again , we will drive the 2 1/2 hours to buy from Norman's.
