It is understand that there are NO refunds, returns, exchanges or store "credit" given.


The following terms, rules and regulations apply to all users and visitors of www.normansprom.com web site in its entirety. The site www.normansprom.com is operated by Normans Bridal LLC. “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Normans Bridal. By using our web site and its tools and services, you agree and are bound by the following rules and regulations. If you do not agree to any of our terms of service, rules, or regulations you must discontinue use of our site. We also reserve the right to modify the following rules and regulations at any time without prior notice. Normans Bridal reserves the right to seek all legal action available by law if these term, regulations, and rules are violated.  If you have questions or concerns please contact us before using our site.

We hold the ability to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Personal Information Collection and Use-“Privacy Policy”

  If you purchase a product from us, we must request personal information at the time of ordering. We require contact information such as name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We will also require financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. The use of this information is for billing and shipping purposes only. If we have any problems processing your order we will contact you using the information in which you provided. We cannot be responsible for errors in the personal information in which you provide.

Normans Bridal is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or in any other way share your personal information with third-party vendors and never will.

 

Accuracy of Information Provided on our Site-

www.normansprom.com should be used as a guide and should not be solely relied on when making your buying decision. We cannot be responsible for errors in the information provided on our site due to timeliness(current), completeness or inaccuracies.  There may be times when the wording, pricing, shipping times, availability of a gown as well as shipping charges may show inaccurate. We have the right to amend to the corrected version or cancel an order (including after it is placed).

Damages and errors- All of our gowns go through extensive quality control before being shipped to you. You can be confident you are receiving a high-quality, damage free gown. However, if something arrived damaged we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery of the dress to be notified of such damages or errors. The gown you purchase from us is likely hand sewn and can have slight variations in beading patterns and we cannot be held responsible for such minor variance and it is not to be considered defective.  Minor shifting of bead work is normal in shipping and in not considered damaged.  Contact liz@normansbridal.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Products and Services- Our products are often available in limited quantities and can require a lengthy production time. Please place your order in plenty of time and always provide us with a correct event date. When placing your order please do not rely on your computer monitor’s color as every screen shows color differently.

Modifications to services and prices-

We reserve the right to discontinue merchandise at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to change and remove products, categories, and manufacturers at any time without notice. We are not responsible for price changes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Shipping Information- Your order will be shipped through UPS ground unless otherwise noted. We can only ship within the contiguous United States due to manufactures contracts and obligations. 

Customer Service-

Once you have completed an order on our site, we will send you a confirmation email, this may take up to 48 hours.  We will also be happy to communicate with you by email or phone during store hours.

You are accepting and understanding of our policy of no refunds, returns or exchanges issued as well as no “in-store” credit will be given.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Normans Bridal LLC. or any employee, owner or our suppliers be liable to any person and or corporation for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages for use of this site or any hyperlinked web sites including, without limitation lost profits or revenues, cost of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information provided by the site. This also includes if Normans Bridal has been advised about the possibility of such damages. In some jurisdictions, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations on liability may not apply to you.
You will also be responsible for attorney fees and court fees if it becomes necessary for Normans Bridal to hire legal council to collect debt you owe us.
